Nikita advises insurers, captives, and program sponsors on risk optimization, product development, and strategic growth in self-insured markets. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family and her children’s activities.
