Paul has spent his career building and scaling organizations at the intersection of actuarial science, underwriting, and strategy. He has worked closely with WSP Founder Dave Wilson for nearly four decades.
Prior to WSP, Paul was President and CEO of Munich Re Stop Loss, where he drove strong growth and profitability. He previously served as a Founding Partner of Cairnstone, where he held multiple executive roles including Chief Actuary, Chief Underwriter, Chief Marketing Officer, and President.
Earlier in his career, Paul helped build the Alden Risk Management (ARMS) division at John Alden Life Insurance Company and began his career as a student actuary at The Hartford.
Paul is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). He holds a BBA in Actuarial Science from Temple University.
