Sue has held senior leadership roles across MGUs, carriers, reinsurers, and brokers, with expertise in underwriting, reserving, claims, regulatory filings, and analytics.


Sue is a co-founder of Cairnstone, which she helped grow into a $150 million stop loss business before its acquisition by Munich Re. Sue served as COO and later President.

Sue holds degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Boston College and has passed actuarial exams 1–4. Outside of work, she focuses on family, lifelong learning, genealogy, and wellness.
